Rightsizing Raleigh was formed by friends Pat Barnard and Annie Roberts, who shared a desire to support people in their relocation needs. Having lived in the Triangle for more than 30 years, Annie and Pat take pride in personally knowing their movers, realtors, appraisers, handymen, professionals and community organizations. They bring a calm and capable presence to your transition experience by addressing the many details involved in an organized manner.
Pat Barnard grew up in Greensboro, NC, graduated from St. Mary's High School in Raleigh, and earned her B.S. Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has worked in psychological practice in Raleigh while attending graduate school in Clinical Social Work at UNC, and has worked most successfully raising two daughters. Pat is compassionate and strives to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible throughout their move.
Annie Dillon Roberts grew up in Raleigh, NC, and graduated from Meredith College with a B.S. in Home Economics with a concentration in Interior Design and a B.A. In Art. She has spent more than two decades in Real Estate Sales in the Triangle area and currently is a broker with DeRonja Real Estate. Her design background gives her a unique perspective with space planning. She is detail oriented and organized. She is also the dedicated mother of two busy children.
